How we research, write, review and update our content.
We rely on primary and official sources such as WHO, CDC, national health bodies and peer-reviewed studies.
We distinguish editorial preparation from clinical medical review. A guide is labeled medically reviewed only after a qualified reviewer is identified and has reviewed its content. Unreviewed clinical guides may be kept out of search indexing until review is completed.
We review content regularly and update it when guidance changes. Send corrections through our contact page.
Advertising and partnerships never influence what we write. Any sponsored content is clearly labelled.
